How to Choose the Right Products for Large & Giant Breeds
Large and giant breeds — Labs, Shepherds, Rottweilers, Great Danes, Mastiffs, Bernese — have different product needs than medium dogs, and most generic "large" products aren't actually sized for them. A 120 lb Great Dane doesn't fit in most "XL" crates. A 90 lb Lab collapses standard beds in months.
The single biggest upgrade for large breeds is an orthopedic bed with real memory foam — joint issues are nearly universal in dogs over 70 lbs, and a cheap bed accelerates problems. Pair with a joint supplement started by age 5, and you've addressed the #1 preventable issue in these breeds.
